Select appropriate grinding wheels and abrasives for each job.  Quality Inspection: Inspect finished parts using micrometers, vernier calipers, height gauges, and surface finish comparators. Maintain high accuracy and finish standards.  Maintenance & Safety: Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of machines and tools. Follow all safety procedures while operating grinding equipment.  Tool Room Support: Assist in manufacturing and reconditioning of dies, jigs, fixtures, punches, and other tool room components. Work closely with toolmakers and production teams to resolve toolrelated issues.  Documentation: Maintain job records, inspection reports, and tool maintenance logs.
